winners will advance to the Upper Bracket Semi-Finals, where they will meet the
1st and 2nd-placed teams from the Regular Season. From this bracket onwards,
all matches will be double-elimination and BO5, with the Grand Finals to be
played in a BO7.

Selangor Red Giants favourites, but the
Homebois seek vengeance
All eyes will be on
Selangor Red Giants after their record-breaking Regular Season, where they
became the only team in MPL Malaysia history to not drop a single game. Despite
their invincible run placing them 7 points ahead of 2nd-placed Homebois, Coach Michael
"Arcadia" Angelo Bocado revealed the team is wary of being overconfident
and wants to strike a "good balance of being confident and being not
complacent." The Red Giants will make their international debut in MLBB
Esports should they complete Season 13 in either 1st (MSC 2024 Main Stage) or
2nd (MSC 2024 Wild Card).
Homebois will be looking
to make a quick return to the international stage after winning their
first-ever MPL Malaysia title last season. The defending champions might have
finished behind Selangor Red Giants in the Regular Season but will know
first-hand how placing high during the Regular Season offers no guarantees; the
Homebois finished last season's Regular Season in 3rd place, behind RSG
Malaysia and Team SMG, but overcame both in the Playoffs en route to the crown.
They will also be relishing the chance to overturn their 2-0 loss to the Red
Giants in the opening match of the Season 13 Regular Season.
TODAK, RSG Malaysia, Team
HAQ, and King Empire Esports round out the remaining four teams competing for
this season's title.
